Volta Polska, an independent power producer and part of the Volta Group, announces the appointment of Philippe Daumont as Operations Director. The move recognises his achievements to date and forms part of the ongoing development of the management team in the context of the dynamic growth of the PV and BESS project portfolio.
Philippe Daumont takes on the role of Operations Director effective 1 July 2026. The appointment aligns with the company’s operational development strategy and represents another step in building a structure capable of effectively scaling operations in Poland.
In his new capacity, Philippe will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operational activities, standardising and optimising processes, and coordinating the commissioning of new photovoltaic power plants and battery energy storage systems (BESS) in cooperation with Volta Group teams.
The change reflects the maturation of Volta Polska’s operational structure and the increasing scale of investments being delivered. Ensuring consistency in O&M processes, preparing the organisation to manage a growing number of assets, and supporting the company’s further development phases are of key importance.
