Implementation Process

Consulting Phase
- Analysis of energy needs and collection of facility data.
- Prepare a bespoke PV installation design.
- Sign the Term Sheet Agreement.

Contracting Phase
- Negotiate terms and conditions of two agreements:
- SaaS: Volta designs, builds, finances, and leases the PV installation.
- O&M: Volta provides service, maintenance, monitoring, and performance guarantees.
- Sign SaaS and O&M agreements.
3.
Operational Phase
- Permits acquisition, construction, and connection to client’s facility.
- Continuous operational monitoring and maintenance.
- Performance optimization and repairs if required.
- Monthly reporting and transparent settlements.
