Webinar: cPPA in Poland - Key to Managing Energy Costs and Reducing Emissions
webinar-record_en

This webinar explored how Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (cPPAs) help companies secure long-term energy price stability and make measurable progress in decarbonisation. The session also explained how cPPAs fit into the rapidly changing Polish energy market, where renewable electricity is becoming a key strategic asset for businesses.

What the webinar covered

The session offered a practical overview of the cPPA model and its relevance for organisations operating in Poland. Participants learned:

  • how cPPAs work within the Polish regulatory, financial and market environment,
  • how they can stabilise electricity costs and support ESG and reporting commitments, including CO₂ reduction targets,
  • what risks and contract structures should be evaluated before signing a long-term agreement,
how the implementation process unfolds — from the first assessment to final negotiation and execution.

The webinar also highlighted the most important market trends that will shape renewable energy sourcing in the coming years.

Why cPPAs matter in Poland

Poland is one of the fastest-growing energy markets in Europe. Despite the steady growth of renewable capacity, the country’s electricity system will remain carbon-intensive throughout the decade. This increases the strategic value of long-term access to green electricity.
At the same time, rising electricity demand, industrial expansion and nearshoring are changing how companies approach energy procurement. For many organisations, securing renewable electricity through a cPPA is now a way to manage costs, reduce exposure to price volatility and strengthen long-term competitiveness.
