Volta Polska has secured financing from mBank for three photovoltaic farms in Poland with a combined capacity of approximately 17 MWp, supported by a long-term direct corporate PPA with an investment‑grade offtaker; legal advisors were Rymarz Zdort Maruta for Volta Polska and Norton Rose Fulbright for mBank.

Volta Polska has secured approx. PLN 50 million in financing from mBank to expand its portfolio in Poland with three photovoltaic farms with a combined capacity of around 17 MWp, designed to deliver stable long‑term cash flows under a direct corporate PPA with an investment‑grade offtaker. The financing supports Volta’s growth as an independent power producer and strengthens the company’s proposition for corporate buyers seeking market‑based decarbonization through long‑term energy contracts.

In executing the transaction, Norton Rose Fulbright advised mBank on the negotiation of the finance documentation and project aspects, while Rymarz Zdort Maruta advised Volta Polska across the financing workstream and the cPPA framework. The parties emphasized excellent cooperation in bringing the deal to a close and signaled intent to continue working together on future renewable energy opportunities in Poland.

“For lenders, the cPPA underpins revenue certainty; for us, it’s one part of a broader framework built on strong sponsorship and rigorous execution. By negotiating the commercial and technical details to a clear standard, we created a structure that supports the facility and gives the offtaker what matters most: stable costs, transparent reporting and dependable delivery year after year,” said Michał Turowski, Business Development Manager at Volta Polska.

“This financing demonstrates confidence in Volta Polska as part of Volta Groupe and in the strength of our sponsorship. Backed by leading European investment partners, we deliver bankable structures, rigorous governance and practical execution so clients can count on stable pricing and verifiable emissions reductions under long‑term corporate PPAs. We are building a portfolio designed to endure — a trustworthy partner today and throughout the life of the contract,” added Stéphane Rauber, Managing Partner at Volta Polska.
