Volta Polska has completed the implementation of standard Operation & Maintenance (O&M) procedures at the PV Karpin and PV Sadów solar farms; finalized in April 2025, the rollout strengthens consistency, reliability, and safety across both sites.
Developed by Volta Polska team with many years of Operation & Maintenance Excellence experience, the standardized model aligns processes and responsibilities under a single operating approach, improving transparency and enabling consistent performance across locations. Volta Polska operational framework aligns with best industry guidelines and supports transparent reporting and effective availability management of our assets. The unified model enhances collaboration between teams and partners and is designed to be scalable and replicable, allowing new assets to be integrated smoothly while maintaining predictable, data driven oversight of plant operations.

“I am glad that we have introduced operation and maintenance standards through our operating assets. This is the first step in our journey towards operational excellence, enabling us to consistently improve performance and guarantee the health and safety of our employees and partners” said Stephane Rauber, Managing Partner at Volta Polska.
“With nearly three decades in technical and operational roles, I’m confident this framework is robust and well‑tested — it reduces common failure points and supports consistent, reliable outcomes across site” added Philippe Daumont, Operation and Maintenance at Volta Polska.
