ESG Strategy
This document presents Volta’s ESG / sustainability and decarbonization strategy, including the company’s mission and its 2035 ambition (EU Taxonomy–aligned revenues and operational Scope 1+2 neutrality). It then structures the strategy into pillars covering climate, biodiversity, resources, people safety and communities, corporate governance, ethics and cybersecurity, with example tools such as whistleblowing channels, compliance/GRC processes, and incident/crisis-response mechanisms.
CSR Policy
A document on the “Corporate Social Responsibility Policy”, describing Volta Polska’s principles for corporate social responsibility in line with ISO 26000, covering its renewable energy activities (PV and wind farms, BESS) — from planning and construction through operation, as well as relationships with suppliers, employees, and local communities. It defines Volta Polska’s CSR areas such as organizational governance, labor practices, the environment, fair operating practices, and community involvement. The document also sets out monitoring and continuous improvement processes, along with the principles of external communication.
Code of Ethics
The document describes the company’s values (partnership, development, responsibility) and sets standards of conduct toward customers, employees, partners/suppliers, and local communities. It includes key compliance principles, including zero tolerance for corruption, fair competition, information protection, and channels for reporting misconduct.
Environment Policy
A document defining the principles for responsibly managing the company’s environmental impact, forming the foundation of an Environmental Management System (EMS) aligned, among others, with ISO 14001 and EMAS. It sets rules covering the company’s entire operations (renewables, energy storage, energy sales, administration, and ESG reporting), outlines commitments and KPIs for 2025–2035 (including climate neutrality by 2035), and describes Volta Polska’s key environmental action pillars: pollution and incident prevention, resource efficiency, ESRS E1–E5 reporting, and Scope 1–3 emissions reduction.
Procedure for reporting breaches and protecting whistleblowers
The document describes the procedure for reporting violations and the rules for protecting whistleblowers at Volta Polska. Its purpose is to ensure safe reporting channels, reliable investigation of cases, and protection of individuals who report violations from retaliation.
